Volunteer Leader Summit

This annual event is targeted to current affiliate chapter volunteer leaders and SHRM at-large members in the state of Missouri with an interest in learning more about affiliate chapter or State Council leadership. The Volunteer Leader Summit will offer attendees a chance to network and learn best practices that will help them strengthen the work of SHRM in their local chapters and communities. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of how SHRM, the Missouri State SHRM Council and Chapters support and advance the human resources profession. Areas of focus will include workforce readiness, certification, diversity, governmental affairs, membership, special statewide projects, our annual State Conference, and more. This year’s event will also feature a keynote presentation by Paul Long – FUNdamentals of Fundamism, which will offer a strategic culture shift, not only for employees, but also volunteer leaders! This event is free. SHRM membership is required.
